Použitie


Chilli sa používa v menších dávkach, lebo má charakteristickú ostrú chuť. Je obľúbeným korením najmä v indickej, čínskej a juhoamerickej kuchyni, používa sa do gulášov a na ryby.

Balkánsky plameň



Potrebujeme


600 g bravčového stehna, 60 g údenej slaniny, 100 g šampiónov, 80 g cibule, 100 g tuku, 150 g leča, 3 strúčiky cesnaku, 1 feferónka, 2 lyžice kečupu, soľ, čierne mleté korenie, mleté chilli, kapia, petržlenová vňať.



Postup


Na rozpálenom tuku opražíme pokrájame slaninu. Pridáme osolené, okorenené, na rezance pokrájané mäso a prudko opečieme. Keď je mäso mäkké, pridáme pokrájanú cibuľu, šampióny, feferónku, roztlčený cesnak a lečo bez šťavy. Dochutíme chilli a dodusíme. Podávame so zemiakmi alebo ryžou.
