Recept



Kurča po provensálsky



Potrebujeme


1 kurča, 3 lyžice olivového oleja, 8 malých cibuliek, 2 strúčiky cesnaku, 6 paradajok, asi 90 g olív, 2 lyžičky provensálskych bylín, 1 bobkový list, soľ, čierne korenie mleté, 1,25 dl bieleho vína.



Postup


Kurča pokrájame na porcie. V hrnci zahrejeme olej a mäso na ňom zo všetkých strán opečieme do zlato hneda. Očistenú cibuľku a odkvapkané olivy pozdĺžne rozpolíme, cesnak nakrájame nadrobno. Všetko zamiešame s bylinkami, korením, vínom a 1,25 dl vody. Zmes pridáme k mäsu a na strednom plameni dusíme pod pokrievkou asi 40 minút. Nakoniec kurča podľa chuti osolíme. Podávame s bielym chlebom, ryžou alebo zemiakmi.
