If I check out, will I be billed in Canadian dollars, or will you do the conversion between Canadian Dollars and US Dollars?
If you pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged in the currency you choose.

The website says you ship to the US (which is mainly why I joined in the first place) but I didn't see any approximate shipping rates to the US. Will you give me an estimate of how much the shipping will be if I give you the state I live in and what I am ordering?
During the checkout process you will see exactly how much is the shipping. The shipping cost is determined by the distance, weight and size. The shipping cost is paid at the same time as your order. More info here: http://www.jmimport.com/shipping.php

Do you offer Free Delivery Service?
Yes we do. Most of the orders in Toronto,GTA over 100.00 dollars are free of delivery charge.

What is Instant Delivery Service?
In case one of our delivery personal is available at the time of receiving your order, we will deliver your order instantly for no extra cost.

Is shopping secure?
Yes, shopping with JM Import.com is save and secure. All transactions are done by secure PayPal. Your credit card information is not shared with us nor stored on our servers.

Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver to many neighborhoods in Toronto, Canada and surrounding areas. You will see at the time of check out if the delivery service is available in your area. Please see Shipping & Returns for more details.

How will I know that my order was received?
Every time you submit your order, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation within one hour, please contact us to verify the status of your order.

Do you accept corporate orders?
Yes, we certainly do. Please contact us for more details.

When will my order be delivered to my home?
Your order will be delivered within 5 business days in the evening hours between 6-10PM. We will call you to schedule a delivery time that best suits you.

How and when do I pay for my order?
You pay for your order online by VISA, MasterCard, Amex. or PayPal. Transactions are done by save and reliable PayPal. For loyal customers we can offer “Cash on Delivery” service as well. This applies for delivery only. Not for shipping.

Important note:
During the check out process you will be sent to PayPal website to pay for your order. To complete the transaction properly it is very important to return back to our site after you pay. You will see a link “Return to Merchant” or similar. Please click the link.

What do you charge for picking, packing and delivering my groceries?
JM Import.com orders over $100.00 delivered to residential customers are free of delivery fee. The delivery charges for orders less than 100.00 dollars, you will see at the checkout. We do not charge for picking, packing.

What about the tips for delivery?
We DO NOT expect you to pay tips to our delivery personal. Our goal is to provide the best service we can whether you pay a tip or not.

Why do I see many products as “Not Available”?
There are two reasons for that:

1. The product is out of stock. We still list the product because it might still be available in stores across Canada. This website also serves as an informational website to show you what is imported to Canada. If a product has no “add to cart button” that means it's out of stock.

2. There are certain products that are available for delivery only. Usually these products are heavy and/or from glass. If you live in an area where we deliver you will be able to buy these goods. All you need to do is to register. Than your registration will be checked manually by the staff and moved to appropriate delivery group. This may take from 5 min. to 24 hrs. Next time you log in, you will be able to purchase these products.

If you see a product as sold out or as not available, simply enter your email into the form below. We will send you an email when the product you want arrives.
